Preparation of new halls and production lines

Before design starts, an investor needs to know whether the site, utilities and administrative route support the planned process. We help answer these questions early.

Who it is for

Industrial investors planning a new production building, line or site, including those choosing between locations.

What we do

Review the location, process requirements and planned capacity.

Assess electricity, gas, water and other utility needs against what is available.

Outline infrastructure and the administrative and permitting route.

Identify energy options for the new facility, including renewables and heat recovery.

Data we need

Planned process and production volume.

Candidate sites and any existing land or zoning information.

Expected utility demand, if known.

Target timeline and constraints.

What you receive

A site and options assessment.

Utility requirements summary.

An initial investment budget with stated accuracy.

A documentation roadmap for the next stages.

Boundaries

Specialist design, statutory studies and documents that must be signed by authorised professionals are scoped separately.

We do not guarantee permits or connection conditions.

How it works

Qualification conversation.

Written scope and fee.

Site and data review.

Assessment and budget.

Documentation roadmap and next-stage decision.

Schedule and fees

Scope, schedule and fee are agreed in writing for each assignment after a short qualification conversation and a review of the data available. The schedule depends on the completeness of the data and on third parties such as equipment suppliers and authorities. A first conversation to check whether the work makes sense is free; individual analysis and documentation work is paid.

Can you compare several locations?

Yes. Comparing candidate sites on utilities, infrastructure and administrative route is a common part of this work.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

We do not publish fixed prices or lead times. After a short qualification conversation we propose a written scope, fee and schedule that reflect your data and the specialists needed.

Describe the process and the location you are considering.
