Ongoing investment coordination
For clients without a full internal project team, we maintain the schedule, documents and supplier and authority contacts under an agreed monthly scope.
Who it is for
Companies and municipalities running an energy or hydrogen investment without a dedicated internal project team.
What we do
Track milestones and document status.
Coordinate suppliers, designers and authorities within the agreed scope.
Prepare management reporting.
Flag risks and decisions that need the client's attention.
What we need from you
A named decision-maker on your side.
Access to current documents, contracts and schedules.
Agreement on which contacts we may coordinate.
What you receive
A maintained action register.
Schedule and decision log.
A monthly status report.
Boundaries
Scope, hours and exclusions are agreed in writing.
The client appoints a delivery lead; we are not automatically the project manager or contract engineer.
Design and site supervision requiring authorisation are not included.
How it works
Qualification conversation.
Agreement on monthly scope and exclusions.
Onboarding of documents.
Monthly coordination and reporting.
Periodic review of scope.
Schedule and fees
Scope, schedule and fee are agreed in writing for each assignment after a short qualification conversation and a review of the data available. The schedule depends on the completeness of the data and on third parties such as equipment suppliers and authorities. A first conversation to check whether the work makes sense is free; individual analysis and documentation work is paid.
Can coordination follow an earlier analysis?
Yes. Many clients start with an analysis or preparation stage and continue with coordination when the findings justify it.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
We do not publish fixed prices or lead times. After a short qualification conversation we propose a written scope, fee and schedule that reflect your data and the specialists needed.
